Ways to Style Your Headbands
Here at Lily’s Chic Boutique Co., we have two different styles of headbands: Lily’s Twist, and Lily’s Bow. Our headbands are about 19’’ around and stretch to fit everyone above the age of 2 years old! They are also 3-4’’ in width and are specially designed so you can adjust the width by scrunching them up or by folding them under.
Knowing the different ways to wear your headbands is very important! The placement of your headband is key for keeping it in place and for being comfortable all day long. We suggest you wear your headband along your hairline, to provide a snug fit. Make sure it lays on the top of your forehead and you can place it over or behind your ears.
Each of the styles we offer can be worn differently, depending on your look for the day! There are so many ways to wear your headbands!
Wearing the Lily’s Twist Headband
The Lily’s Twist headband is our band that has a super soft sewn-in twist. While wearing Lily’s Twist headbands, you can style it in two different ways as well! The first style is to place the twist in the front for a twisted look, and the second style is super simple too! All you have to do place the twist in the back for a wideband style!
Wearing the Lily’s Bow Headband
The Lily’s Bow headband is our band that will fit everyone from an infant to an adult. We designed this band to be adjustable and to transform into two different styles!
To adjust the Lily’s Bow band, all you have to do is untie the bow and place the middle of the band on the bottom back of your head. After properly placing your band, wrap it around your head and over your ears. Now all you have to do is tie the band in a knot and a bow will appear! You can leave your bands bow in the front for a fun girly look, or you can try our two other styles!
The second style we have is similar to our Lily’s Stretch! Simply put the bow at the bottom back of your head and you will achieve the simple stretch style! Our last style for this band is the top knot look. To style the top knot, you will place the bands bow in the front, and will simply tuck each side of the bow underneath the band. Once the bow is tucked you will be styling a top knot headband! Who knew there were so many ways to style your headbands!
